by working in a quiet and unobtrusive manner. The second day however a third man came to cut the window
framing. He played his radio very loud and yelled and shouted all morning causing several of my

Attending a Seaway open house in March 2007 was something that has certainly made a great
difference in our home on Mohawk drive. The thoroughness of the demonstration on how the windows
are made right here in Erie at your location completely answered any concerns and questions we had.
Windows were ordered for our home and today they were installed. The crew arrived exactly at 8:30 am
as scheduled and immediately began the installation. Our home had steel-frame windows that had been
installed 60 years ago at the time the house was constructed.
The crew was knowledgeable about the removal of the windows and removed them with no damage
to the house. Immediately any rubble and debris was cleared up and each room was left spotless.
The exterior of the house was kept just as clean and picked up by your crew. A walk around the grounds
was completed by the workers before they finished working for the day.
What a pleasure to have such a thoughtful, professional team working at our home.
These men are an outstanding representation of a quality company. The crew who worked on our
